If you have Battlefield 4 installed, you can simply navigate to your Documents folder > Battlefield 4 > Settings. Under Settings, you’re going to find a file called ‘PROFSAVE_profile’, this is the one we need.

All you need to do now is copy that file into the same folder for Battlefield 1, which you can also find under Documents > Battlefield 1. But before you do that, you need to run Battlefield 1 at least ONCE to get it to create these folders.

The ‘PROFSAVE_profile’ contains many of your settings, including all graphics options as well as controller and keyboard/mouse bindings. Even sensitivity sliders and other gameplay options are available.

It wouldn’t hurt to take a look at it in-game the next time you launch it, though, just to be sure. You wouldn’t want your soldier to go prone when you wanted to crouch, or whatever.
